Yeh Privacy Policy batati hai ke ASAD LIVE EDIT (After Effects presets & effects panel, "the App", "we") kis tarah aap ka data collect, use, store aur protect karta hai. Is App ko use karke aap is policy se agree karte hain.

1. Who we are

2. Data hum kab collect karte hain

Sirf jab aap kaam karte hain in situations mein:

Jab aap Google account se sign-in karte hain.
Jab aap trial/activation process chalkaate hain.
Jab aap seller ko support/query bhejte hain.

3. Data hum collect karte hain

Email address — Google sign-in se aata hai; is se login identify hota hai.
Machine code / Device ID — aapke computer ke environment se derive kiya gaya alphanumeric code. Yeh machine-bound licensing ke liye zaroori hai, taake trial ko ek hi machine par ek baar hi use kiya ja sake.
License/trial status — trial start/end time, active/uut expiry timestamps, license status (active/blocked/extended).
Timestamps — last sign-in / activation time (support ke liye).

Hum bhi koi financial data, payment card data, ya website browsing data collect nahi karte.

4. Data kyun use hota hai

Trial verification aur anti-piracy enforcement (machine-bound licensing).
License approve, extend, ya block karne ke liye (ye seller ka right hai).
Support: jab aap seller se rabta karte hain to aap ka record theek karwana.
Kill-switch: gar fraud/abuse ho to seller poori instances ko disable kar sakta hai.

Hum aap ka data bech-te nahi, rent par nahi dete, na advertising ke liye use karte hain.

5. Data keyah hai kahan store

Data Google ke secure cloud infrastructure par stored hai, specifically Firebase Authentication aur Firestore database (Google Cloud). Google ki apni security practices apply hoti hain: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Data sharing

Hum data kisi third-party ko share nahi karte, except:

Google (Firebase) — data hosting ke liye (aur unki policies under).
Legal requirement — agar law enforcement / legal process mangti hai.

7. Data retention

Data tab tak rakha jata hai jab tak aap ka license active / naa ho purchase under — ya jab tak legal compliance ke liye zaroorat hai. Uninstall ya deactivation par seller relevant record hata sakta hai.

8. Aap ke rights

Access: jaano ke humne kya data rakha hai.
Deletion: app data delete karwana (seller ko email karein — 30 din ke andar action).
Correction: wrong info ko sahi karwana.

9. Security

Hum Firebase ki built-in security (Firestore rules, encrypted transmission) use karte hain. Koi system 100% secure nahi, lekin hum reasonable measures lete hain.

10. Children's privacy

Yeh App 13+ users ke liye hai. Hum knowingly 13 se kam users ka data collect nahi karte.

11. Changements

Hum is policy ko update kar sakte hain; naya version isi page par publish hoga. Ahem changes ki notice App ke andar bhi di ja sakti hai.
